The Springs Preserve is a 180-acre attraction in Las Vegas, featuring botanical gardens, museums, family events, traveling exhibits, trails and other attractions.
While there is a charge to visit the museums and galleries, the trails and gardens (as well as a terrific children’s playground) are free to the public!
Four trails at the Springs Preserve lead visitors through both a cultural and environmental history of the Las Vegas Valley.
Each trail features interpretive displays allowing visitors to experience the Springs Preserve in its natural environment.
More than 1.8 miles of trails wind through picturesque landscapes and lead to the Preserve’s cienega, a desert wetland that serves as a tranquil home for hundreds of native plant, bird and animal species.
The eight-acre botanical Gardens at the Springs Preserve features a wide range of desert landscapes and demonstrate native and non-native desert plant life with interpretive stations and hands-on activities.
